How to Return an Item:
Important all packages must have an RMA#. Without an RMA#the package will be refused.
For all returns please call our customer service team first at 877-635-5844. You will be given an RMA # (Return Merchandise Authorization Number) along with options for returning the item(s). Refunds and Warranty Exchanges are generally processed within (1) business day of receiving any returned or defective items.
New Product Return and/or exchange
We have one simple business approach. We want our customers to always be satisfied with their purchases. If you are not then we will do all everything in our power to make it right. If you receive any products from us and are dissatisfiedfor any reason then we will accept the new and unused merchandise in the original packaging for a full refund or exchange.(Excluding shipping charges) within 30 days of original purchase date.
How We Process New Product Returns: Call our customer service team to get an RMA # (Return Authorization Number) or visit our online “New Product Return Center” to file a claim within 30 days of initial order. After filing the claim someone from our team will promptly contact you and give an RMA #. Once you receive the RMA # then send the product back. After we receive it, we will refund the cost of the item(s).
How We Process New Product Exchanges: Call our customer service team to get an RMA # (Return Authorization Number) or visit our online “New Product Return Center” to file a claim within 30 days of initial order. After filing the claim someone from our team will promptly contact you and give an RMA#. At time of returning of new and unused merchandise in the original packaging, please indicate which item you would like in exchange for the item you are returning. Any additional expense and/or shipping charges will be charged to the original credit card you supplied.
Used Product Returns
Once a product has been used, it can only be returned if it is defective and falls under the manufacturer’s warranty. Defective merchandise follows the warranty policies of the manufacturer of that item. For defective items, MDL Lighting will pay for the return shipping and the shipping of the replacement item(s).
How We Process Used Product Return: Call customer service team to get an RMA # (Return Authorization Number)or visit our online “Warranty Product Return Request Center” to file a claim. Once you have the RMA then send the product back. When we receive it, we will test it and verify that it is defective. If it is determined the product is defective, we will send out a replacement within 48 hours of receiving the defective product back. To help expedite getting you a replacement, you can purchase a new replacement item which we will send out same day. We will credit your credit card for that amount when we receive the defective product back. Responsibilities and Conditions
It is the responsibility of the customer to check for missing or broken products in an order. The customer has 7 days after receiving the order to check the contents for damages or errors and report these damages or errors to MDL Lighting. We will then set up a replacement or exchange for you. Shipping costs of replacement/exchanged products will be covered by MDL Lighting.
